How do Flik AI credits work?

Credits are the usage unit for every generation (10 credits = $1). A video generation uses ~1,000 credits (~$100 equivalent), image ~50 credits, voice narration ~30 credits, music ~30 credits, sound effects ~20 credits, and a screenplay ~10 credits. Unused paid-tier subscription credits roll over while your subscription remains active, capped at 2x your billing-period allotment; purchased credit packs never expire.

What happens when my credits run out?

You can purchase top-up credit packs that never expire: Starter ($20, 200 credits), Standard ($100, 1,000 credits, marked 'popular'), or Premium ($200, 2,000 credits). All packs are charged once, not recurring, and remain usable after your subscription renews — they stack on top of your monthly subscription credits on any plan, including Free.

Yes. The Business plan starts at $80/month for 400 credits and includes Organization mode — shared workspaces, pooled credits, and role-based access (owner, admin, member). Higher credit volumes scale the monthly price (e.g. 1,200 credits is $210/month, 3,000 credits is $440/month). Larger teams can upgrade to Enterprise for custom credit allocation, a dedicated account manager, 24/7 premium support, and SLA guarantees. Contact sales for Enterprise terms.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then.
